Get to know me

My journey into fitness began in 2011, after the birth of my fourth child. I was 32, tired, and disconnected from my body. I lost 20kg but what truly changed me was discovering strength. I fell in love with lifting kettlebells, barbells, calisthenics and the powerful sense of ownership it gave me over my life and body. That was the spark. From there, I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same.

Train with me from anywhere in the world. With online coaching, you’ll receive a fully customized training program built around your goals, equipment access, schedule, and level of experience. Each week includes structured workouts, video demos, progress tracking, and direct support from me to keep you on track. This is perfect for women who want expert coaching, flexibility, and accountability on their terms. Your training evolves as you do.

Nutrition Consults

It’s not just about training, it’s about fueling your body to feel, move, and perform at your best. My nutrition coaching gives you a realistic, no-diet approach to eating well. I help you understand your habits, build sustainable strategies, and make nutrition work for your life, without restriction, guilt, or overwhelm. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply feeling better in your skin, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Small Group Training

Strength is contagious and community makes it powerful. My small group classes in Adelaide are designed for women who want to train in a fun, supportive environment while still getting expert coaching and real results. With a strong focus on proper technique, progressive strength training, and functional movement, these sessions help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay motivated alongside like-minded women.
