A Strength & Conditioning Coach, Sports Nutrition Coach, and passionate advocate for women’s strength.
Originally from Melbourne and now based in Adelaide, I work with women locally through 1:1 personal training, small group coaching and online programs and coaching, helping them build strength, confidence, and real, lasting change.
How I Started
My journey into fitness began in 2011, after the birth of my fourth child. I was 32, tired, and disconnected from my body. I lost 20kg but what truly changed me was discovering strength. I fell in love with lifting kettlebells, barbells, calisthenics and the powerful sense of ownership it gave me over my life and body. That was the spark. From there, I knew I wanted to help other women feel the same.
Before coaching, I spent 12 years running my own interior decorating and window furnishings business while raising four children. I know what it’s like to be busy, burnt out, and unsure where to begin. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women reclaim their strength, because I’ve lived it.
Since then, I’ve gone on to become a certified:
Certificate IV in Fitness
StrongFirst Elite Coach (SFG1, SFG2, Barbell, Bodyweight)
Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach
Lifelong student of movement, with a love for exploring multiple training modalities
Body Sculpt Sisters
For over eight years, I had the incredible privilege of owning and running my own gym, Body Sculpt Sisters. A powerful space where I helped countless women transform not just their bodies, but their beliefs about what they were capable of. From timid beginners who had never lifted a weight to women in their 40s achieving their first pull-up or deadlifting double their body weight, I witnessed what happens when support, consistency, and the right mindset come together.
Opening my own gym at 40 was a bold step, but it came from a deep sense of purpose. After spending time working in a commercial gym setting, I couldn’t ignore the lack of genuine care and attention given to the people on the floor, especially women. I saw firsthand how easy it was for people to feel unseen and unsupported, and I knew I wanted to create something different. Mainstream fitness, with its focus on numbers and surface-level transformation, wasn’t where my heart was. People are more than just a number and women deserve coaching that sees them as whole humans.
Creating that kind of space and leading that community was one of the most fulfilling chapters of my life. But as someone who pours their heart into everything they do, I eventually found myself running on empty. I realised I needed to slow down - not to stop, but to shift. To find a new rhythm that allowed me to continue serving and empowering women, without burning myself out.
Now, through coaching in a more focused and intentional way, I’ve found that sweet spot. I still get to do what I love, helping women feel strong, capable, and in control of their lives, just in a way that aligns better with the balance I strive for today.
Never Too Late
I coach with an open mind, blending kettlebells, barbells, old-school lifts, bodyweight strength, and flexibility. What matters most is not just how you look but how powerful you feel.
And in 2023, at the age of 46, I earned the Iron Maiden title. A feat of strength requiring mastery in the strict pull-up, single-leg pistol squat, and strict military press, all with a 24kg kettlebell.
It’s a rare achievement and a reminder that strength has no age limit.
As a grandmother now and a woman navigating perimenopause, I don’t make excuses, I lead by example. I grind, I adapt, and I show up with everything I’ve got. Every day.
